We ideally work with our clients for the long run, developing a deep understanding of their strategy and operations and as such advising them with highest relevance. Therefore, our pricing model usually involves a combination of retainer and per-project plans.
Execution is at the core of what we do. As such, we mostly deliver in the form of frameworks and processes which can be leveraged by the teams. Beyond C-level, we spend time with the teams to ensure that those deliverables are clear and useful, as well as to integrate operational feedback.
